GOAL’s Seminar focuses on the mandates, changes, and effects of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024. The seminar covers everything for MA residents, non-residents, law enforcement officers, and retailers. All attendance fees collected will be donated to GOAL for their continued efforts supporting gun owners in Massachusetts.
